Our Goal
At WE-LEAD, we focus on addressing the root causes of poverty and inequality, and contributing to the Sustainable Development Goals through fostering integrity and lasting peace within communities by creating dialogue platforms and applying both scientific and cultural approaches to conflict resolution, thereby promoting reconciliation and social cohesion.
In refugee camps in Gondar and Tigray, WE-LEAD Ethiopia not only provides basic needs for refugees and internally displaced persons but also facilitates trauma healing workshops for adults and children to help them recover from the psychological impacts of war and displacement.
